The IO-300 is a high-precision UV flatbed printer built for industrial parts decoration, advanced dot control and Roland DG’s latest UV ink technology. It is engineered to lay down exceptional image quality on rigid substrates while sustaining production speeds of up to 37.6 square feet per hour, about 3.5 square metres per hour, in standard CMYK mode. For shops decorating phone cases, awards, panels, enclosures or promotional items, a flatbed that holds tight registration across uneven surfaces is the workhorse that turns one-off and small-batch jobs into viable revenue.
The RC-300 Series takes the same philosophy to round objects. These devices print high-quality graphics directly onto bottles, tumblers, drinkware, cans and other promotional, packaging and consumer products, including items with convex or concave geometries that defeat conventional flat printing. Cylindrical direct-to-object printing has become one of the most quietly lucrative corners of the decoration market, because branded drinkware and packaged goods increasingly want short, personalised or seasonal runs that screen printing handles poorly at low volumes.
