The installation comes just months after the platform’s commercial introduction and is now operating in full production, producing tens of thousands of photographs each day for distribution across Canada and supporting the wholesale photo lab’s growing demand for high-quality, rapid-turnaround photo products.
A Purpose-Built Photo Platform
Belharra was developed specifically for industrial photo production, combining Kyocera’s inkjet printhead technology with KNIS’s expertise in high-speed photo printing systems. The platform is designed to deliver consistent image quality, production efficiency and operational reliability while helping photo labs increase throughput without compromising print durability or color fidelity. For a wholesale lab serving retail and consumer customers, those attributes are non-negotiable: a single bad batch is visible to thousands of end customers.
Validation in a Major Market
