The Expo takes place September 23-25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and the Alliance’s programming is built to help women in the industry maximize every hour they spend on the show floor.

“PRINTING United Expo is an incredible experience, especially when you have a community to experience it with,” says Lisbeth Lyons Black, director of the Women in Print Alliance. The experience opens with a complimentary webinar on September 10 titled “Expo 101: Tips & Tricks for Women in Print.” Experienced Expo veterans walk first-time attendees through navigating the show floor, building an agenda, networking strategies and the can’t-miss Women in Print events. For many smaller print shops, where travel budgets are tight and every hour on site must count, arriving prepared is the difference between a productive trip and a wasted one. The session also lowers the intimidation factor for newcomers who may feel uncertain about walking a massive show floor alone.
Member Reception and the Annual Luncheon
Members are invited to a Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 23, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. PT at the Wynn/Encore Resort. The relaxed setting is designed for meaningful conversations and stronger professional relationships. An RSVP is required, with invitations sent directly to members. The signature event remains the Annual Networking Luncheon on Thursday, September 24, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. PT. This year’s keynote, Corrie Lo, presents “The Five Overwhelm Culprits,” sharing actionable strategies for overcoming the hidden drivers of overwhelm and practical tactics to reclaim focus, energy and effectiveness in both career and personal life.
