Wanjie India has confirmed it will showcase three flagship machines at Loupe India 2026, running from October 29 to November 1 at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR. Live demonstrations at booth K-44 will give label printers hands-on experience of the company’s printing and finishing equipment aimed at short- to medium-run requirements, a segment expanding fast as India’s consumer goods and export sectors mature.
The company will exhibit the Advanced-350 shaftless intermittent rotary offset label printing press alongside a high-speed slitter with an integrated HD inspection camera and a high-speed flatbed die-cutting machine. A joint venture between Ahmedabad-based Bipin Offset and China’s Hebei Wanjie Technology Group, Wanjie India is barely a year old yet has already sold 11 printing machines and more than 40 finishing systems since inception, a remarkable penetration rate for a newcomer in a market long served by established European and domestic suppliers.
Rakesh Patel, director of Wanjie India, said Loupe India 2026 is an important platform for the company. Three machines will be demonstrated live so label printers and producers looking for a comprehensive short- to medium-run solution can experience each machine directly, with technical experts on hand to explain capabilities. The strategy is to convert show-floor curiosity into orders by letting prospects run their own substrates through the equipment rather than relying on specification sheets.
The WJPS Advanced-350 configuration consists of six offset units, one flexo unit and one intermittent rotary die-cutting station, with on-rail cold foil and a turnbar between the first and second stations. This layout suits short- to medium-run printing as well as long-run production of premium-quality labels and stickers. The high-speed slitter with HD inspection camera runs at up to 200 metres per minute and can also cut films and other materials. Adjacent to it, the flatbed die-cutting machine features conveyor feeding and full-cut capacity, operates as a rewinder for half-cut stickers, and die-cuts at 450 strokes per minute, giving converters an integrated print-to-finish line.
Wanjie India has been gaining ground quickly in the Indian label and flexible packaging industry. The first booking of the Advanced-350 came at Labelexpo Europe 2025, now Loupe Europe, in Barcelona, placed by Pune-based Shreemulti Sticks & Labels. Since then the machine has been installed at two leading label and flexible packaging companies, and Patel said the rhythm continues as several units have recently been booked by prominent manufacturers. The company expects more than 50 units of its machines to be installed across India by 2027-28, an ambitious target that would make it a major force in the region.
For the fast-expanding Indian label market, Wanjie’s entry matters because it pairs Chinese press engineering with local Indian partnership and support, offering offset-based quality at competitive economics. As domestic brands and export-oriented manufacturers demand shorter runs, faster changeovers and premium embellishment, a young supplier with a full printing-and-finishing lineup is well positioned to capture share. Loupe India 2026 will be a key proving ground for the company’s 50-unit ambition.

India’s label industry has been one of the fastest-growing in the world, buoyed by a large domestic consumer market, expanding exports and rising demand for premium, decorated labels across food, beverage, personal care and pharmaceutical segments. That growth has attracted both established global press makers and newer entrants offering competitive economics. Wanjie India’s joint-venture model, blending local partnership with Chinese engineering, is a deliberate play for a price-sensitive but quality-demanding market.
The choice of shaftless intermittent rotary offset is significant. Offset remains prized for its print quality and cost profile on medium runs, and combining it with flexo and rotary die-cutting in one configuration gives converters versatility across job types. For Indian printers serving both domestic brands and export customers, that flexibility is valuable because order profiles vary widely and changeovers are frequent. Integrated cold foil and turnbar further extend the decorative possibilities without separate passes.
Loupe India 2026 arrives at a moment when the country’s label community is investing heavily to meet international standards. A live demonstration at booth K-44, rather than a static display, lets prospects validate throughput and quality on their own substrates, which is often what converts interest into an order. If Wanjie India reaches its target of more than 50 installed units by 2027-28, it would establish the brand as a serious challenger to longer-established suppliers and deepen the presence of offset-based hybrid technology across the subcontinent.
The company’s rapid early traction, eleven printing machines and more than forty finishing systems in under a year, suggests appetite among Indian printers for alternatives that combine capability with accessible pricing. A first installation at Labelexpo Europe 2025 gave Wanjie instant international credibility, and the subsequent placements with leading converters show that early adopters are willing to bet on a newcomer when the technology demonstrably fits their needs. Sustaining that momentum through Loupe India will be the real test.
Patel’s expectation of more than fifty installs by 2027-28 is ambitious, but India’s label consumption continues to outpace many mature markets as packaged goods penetration rises and export manufacturing expands. If Wanjie India backs its equipment with reliable local service and spare parts, the joint-venture model could scale quickly. The broader implication is that the Indian label press market, long a battleground of European incumbents, is opening to agile entrants who pair engineering with sharp local partnerships, raising competitive pressure and likely accelerating technology adoption across the subcontinent.
