Konica Minolta to showcase AccurioLabel range and AccurioPro Flux at LOUPE India 2026

At LOUPE India 2026, Konica Minolta will showcase the AccurioLabel 230 and the AccurioLabel 400, along with the workflow application AccurioPro Flux, aimed at automating print processes to address the evolving demands of the Indian label market. The AccurioLabel 230 offers image quality, operational simplicity and cost-efficient digital production, while the AccurioLabel 400 adds white-toner technology to the lineup – a capability that has become close to table stakes for premium label work on transparent, metallic and coloured substrates.

The ability to print white on transparent, metallic, coloured and textured substrates allows businesses to create labels with added visual appeal and to explore applications across sectors that conventional flexo serves poorly. Wine and spirits, cosmetics, premium food and pharmaceutical secondary labels all lean on white underlays to make colour pop on a clear bottle, and a digital press that handles white inline removes a plate-and-overlay step that eats margin on short runs. For an Indian converter chasing the premium end of those categories, white toner is the feature that unlocks the job.

“Digital printing complements the current print processes of the customers by enabling them to cater to short-run requirements and faster delivery of the labels,” said Manish Gupta of Konica Minolta Business Solutions India. “We believe the future of digital label printing lies in enabling innovation, reducing production complexity, and creating new revenue streams. By combining productivity, application versatility, and advanced print capabilities, Konica Minolta is empowering businesses to differentiate their offerings, respond to evolving customer expectations, and build more profitable, future-ready operations.” Gupta’s framing is the standard digital-label thesis, but it lands especially hard in India, where brand proliferation and e-commerce are multiplying SKUs faster than flexo’s economics can absorb.

AccurioPro Flux is the quiet protagonist of the show. A workflow application that automates print processes is what turns a capable press into a producible business: it is the prepress, imposition, colour and job-management layer that lets a converter accept a brand’s file, proof it, and push it to the press without a bottleneck of manual steps. In a market where skilled prepress operators are scarce and turnaround expectations are tight, the workflow can matter as much as the hardware.

The Indian digital-label market is one of the most watched in the world. Domestic consumption is rising, private labels are expanding, and regulatory and traceability demands are pushing brands toward shorter, more controlled runs. That combination favours digital, and LOUPE India 2026 is the gathering where the country’s converters compare the contenders – HP Indigo, Konica Minolta, Durst, Fujifilm and others will all be on the same floor. Konica Minolta’s decision to debut the AccurioLabel range and Flux there is a confidence signal in Indian demand.

The competitive read is that the digital-label race in India is now less about who has the fastest press and more about who offers the most complete, supportable package for a converter scaling up. The AccurioLabel 400’s white toner plus the 230’s cost-efficient entry point gives Konica Minolta a two-tier ladder, and Flux closes the workflow gap. For a converter, buying maturity with a clear upgrade path reduces risk more than chasing a single headline specification.

The takeaway for the Indian label segment is that digital’s value is now in the system – press, white capability and workflow together – not the engine alone. Konica Minolta’s LOUPE India showcase makes that case to a market adding digital capacity fast, and if the AccurioLabel range plus Flux delivers the uptime and simplicity promised, it will reinforce the vendor’s position as Indian converters professionalize their short-run operations.

For Indian converters, the white-toner AccurioLabel 400 plus the entry-level 230 is a two-rung ladder that lets a shop start cost-efficiently and grow into premium work without changing vendors, and AccurioPro Flux supplies the prepress discipline that keeps the press productive rather than bottlenecked.

The Indian digital-label race is now less about the fastest engine and more about the most complete, supportable package for a converter scaling up, and Konica Minolta’s LOUPE India debut makes that system-level case to a market adding digital capacity faster than almost any other.

India’s label market is unusual in that it is still adding conventional flexo capacity and digital capacity at the same time, because the addressable work is growing faster than either technology can absorb, and that makes LOUPE India a genuine comparison shopping floor rather than a confirm-your-existing-vendor event. Konica Minolta’s two-tier AccurioLabel ladder plus Flux workflow is a coherent answer to a converter who starts with simple short runs and wants a clear upgrade path to white and automation as the business matures. The risk for any vendor at such a show is sounding like every other digital-label pitch, which is why Gupta’s emphasis on innovation, complexity reduction and new revenue streams matters: it speaks to the converter’s P and L, not the press brochure. The white-toner 400 is the differentiator that opens premium segments most likely to pay for digital.
